INGREDIENTS:

  • Big Mama’s Stir-Fry Sauce

  • 1 lb Chicken, sliced

  • 1 onion, rough chop

  • Your favourite stir-fry vegetables

  • Cornstarch slurry (2 parts water, 1 part cornstarch), optional

  • Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a hot skillet, add oil, chicken, salt and pepper and sauté. Set aside. 

  2. Sauté onions. Add vegetables and sauté. 

  3. Add in stir-fry sauce and simmer. For a thicker consistency, add cornstarch slurry. 

  4. Return chicken to pan and toss. Serve with rice or noodles.
