INGREDIENTS:
Big Mama’s Stir-Fry Sauce
1 lb Chicken, sliced
1 onion, rough chop
Your favourite stir-fry vegetables
Cornstarch slurry (2 parts water, 1 part cornstarch), optional
Salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a hot skillet, add oil, chicken, salt and pepper and sauté. Set aside.
Sauté onions. Add vegetables and sauté.
Add in stir-fry sauce and simmer. For a thicker consistency, add cornstarch slurry.
Return chicken to pan and toss. Serve with rice or noodles.
