Big Mama has teamed up with a well respected, family owned, federally inspected facility to reproduce your in-house creations in bulk.
Our federally inspected facility is perfect for you and your recipes! We have 120-Litre kettles to make your creations in bulk and the packing abilities to bottle glass jars as small as 60ml (with a variety of cap sizes) up to 5L plastic pails. Restaurants, farms, stores, chefs, breweries and private corporations use their 30 years of experience to help create new products or replicate their popular creations in bulk. Please Note: On the federal level, we can pack liquid sauces only. Provincially (Ontario), we can pack dry rubs.
