Your favourite pizza dough recipe or pre-made flatbread

INGREDIENTS:

  • Big Mama’s Chili Lime BBQ Sauce

  • Brisket, small pieces

  • Red onion, thin slice

  • Wild mushrooms, chopped

  • Shredded mozzarella 

  • Garlic confit

  • Your favourite pizza dough recipe or pre-made flatbread

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Prepare dough. Shape into preferred shape.

  2. Generously spread BBQ sauce over surface of dough.

  3. Add even layer of cheese. Add layer of brisket, then onion, mushroom and garlic. Top with light sprinkle of cheese.

  4. Bake at 450° on perforated pizza pan for 15-20 minutes or until dough is golden and cheese melted. Drizzle with more BBQ, if desired.
