PROPOSED FEDERAL FOOD PRODUCTION FACILITY

Conceived, at first, for rural Ontario food producers and farmers as a space to process, package, label and sell locally grown and created foods. This concept grew to encompass other needs of the community including a store, cafe and event space with an onsite catering kitchen. In all, the facility includes a boardroom, office spaces, design & printing lab, clean room, separate production kitchens (including a bakery), catering kitchen, cafe, store, multipurpose banquet facility, dish room, chemical storage, loading dock, skid storage area, dry storage, walk-in fridge and walk-in freezer. To date this design is unrealized but open to investors.
