Big Mama's easy-to-make authentic curry. Tell them you made it!
2-4 tbsp. Big Mama's Vindaloo Curry Paste
4 pork chops, cubed
1 small onion, diced
1 tbsp. mustard oil
2 c. vegetable stock
1/2 c. 35% cream
Toss pork with 1-2 tablespoons of Big Mama’s Vindaloo Curry Paste, allow to marinate minimum 1 hour.
In a medium sauce pan, saute onions in mustard oil.
Add pork and remaining Vindaloo paste. Sear pork.
Add stock. Cover and simmer for 35-40 minutes, until pork is tender.
Add cream and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with vegetable briyani.
