INGREDIENTS:

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Toss pork with 1-2 tablespoons of Big Mama’s Vindaloo Curry Paste, allow to marinate minimum 1 hour.

  2. In a medium sauce pan, saute onions in mustard oil.

  3. Add pork and remaining Vindaloo paste. Sear pork.

  4. Add stock. Cover and simmer for 35-40 minutes, until pork is tender.

  5. Add cream and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with vegetable briyani.
