INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Marinate beef in Big Mama’s Ginger Stir-Fry Sauce and Marinade, 2-24 hours. 

  2. Skewer and place on hot grill. Cook 1 minute per side, or to desired taste. Serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
