Big Mama's easy-to-make authentic curry. Tell them you made it!

Big Mama's Butter Chicken Dry Rub (to taste)
8 boneless chicken thighs, large chunks
1/2 c. unsalted butter, diced
2 c. 35% cream
Season chicken with Big Mama’s Butter Chicken Dry Rub, allow to marinate minimum 1 hour.
Pan fry (or bake) chicken until cooked through.
Add entire 200 mL jar of Big Mama’s Butter Chicken Curry Paste to medium sauce pan.
Over medium heat, gradually whisk in cream.
Add butter, and whisk until melted.
Gradually bring mixture to a boil and remove from heat.
Add cooked chicken to sauce. Serve with Basmati rice and naan.
