BBQ CHICKEN TIKKA
Big Mama's grilled to perfection, easy-to-make, and bursting with flavour recipe for tikka masala.

2-4 chicken thighs or breasts, cubed
In a bowl or Ziploc bag, combine cubed chicken and Big Mama’s Tikka Masala curry paste. Massage paste into the chicken, and let marinate in refrigerator overnight.
Pre-heat grill. Skewer chicken cubes and grill over medium heat, allowing the edges to blacken a little.
Serve over basmati rice with lime wedges. If you like it ‘saucy’ heat and combine 2 tbsp Big Mama’s Tikka Masala curry paste with 1/2 cup coconut milk. Drizzle over chicken and rice for an added kick.
